Project Description
Blue Spring teamed up with three university professors and one of the best IT experts in the business to create a new way to measure and advance farm sustainability. The program measures farm practices in a way that is farmer-friendly, and uses an advanced statistical process to give survey sponsors a new level of data on sustainability advancement.
The program was tested by more than 24 farm groups in crop and livestock sectors by more than 1,500 farmers across 1.5 million acres, and commercialized. Blue Spring helped create the company website and sales materials, and provided sales support landing clients such as Ocean Spray, Mint Industry Research Council, Soil Health Partnership and Illinois Soybean Association.
